Four grades. One clear picture.

Every business falls somewhere on the recommendation spectrum. Here's what your grade means for whether AI chooses you — or your competitor.

Grade A
80–100
Agent Ready
When AI gets asked to recommend a business like yours, you get chosen. You have the trust signals that matter. Stay current as standards evolve.
Grade B
60–79
Mostly Ready
AI recognizes you but you're missing trust signals. When it comes down to you vs. a competitor, you don't always win. A few targeted fixes change that.
Grade C
40–59
Work Needed
You're reachable but not trustworthy enough to recommend. AI considers you, then picks someone else. Fix the signals that drive preference.
Grade D
0–39
Not Ready
When someone asks AI to recommend a business like yours, you're not in the answer. A competitor gets chosen — and no one ever sees a search results page. Start now.

We find out why AI isn't choosing you. Then we fix it.

Stay ahead of the agentic web.

Weekly intelligence on AI agent optimization — teardowns, implementation guides, and what's changing before everyone else knows.

Why I built this

I'm Joshua Latimer — a supply chain analyst who spent years optimizing how things move through constrained systems. Routing, throughput, bottlenecks. One day I heard a podcast talking about AI agents and how companies need to start optimizing for them. Something clicked.

The problem is identical. How do you design a system so the right things find their way to it, flow through it without friction, and keep coming back? I'd been solving that problem for years — just for trucks and yarn inventory, not AI agents.

AAO Weekly is my attempt to map this territory before it gets crowded. The newsletter launched in February 2026. The audit tool was built the night after. There's no big team here — just a genuine belief that this matters and that most companies are going to miss the window.
